The terms for this website.

These govern the website only. Working with us as a customer happens under a written agreement that supersedes everything here. Last updated 6 July 2026.

Who we are. This website is operated by DDR Technologies, a Ghanaian software business (“we”). By using the site you accept these terms.

What the site is for. The site describes the DDRT platform and invites you to see it demonstrated live. It is information, not an offer: product capabilities, timelines, and terms become binding only in a written proposal and agreement signed by both sides. Where the site describes founding-programme terms, the contract you sign is what carries them — as the site itself says.

Screenshots and data. Product screenshots show the live system populated with test data, and are captioned as such. Names, figures, and records in them are fictitious. Statistics quoted from third-party research are cited to their sources and belong to their authors.

Intellectual property. The DDRT name, logo, text, and product imagery on this site belong to DDR Technologies. You may quote or share excerpts with attribution; you may not present our material as your own or use it to imply a relationship that doesn't exist.

No warranties for the site. We keep this site accurate and honest — it's the point of the whole thing — but it is provided “as is”, and we can't promise it is error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from reliance on the website alone. Decisions about hospital systems deserve a live demonstration and a contract, not a webpage — ours included.

External links. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and cited research leave this site; their operators' terms apply there.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Your statutory rights, including under the Privacy Policy and Act 843, are unaffected.
